ISO 9001:2015 · GDPR · corporate invoicing · single point of contact
Your outsourced international mobility partner for Europe.
HR teams, mobility managers, university international offices, and corporate facilities leads use RentEurope to stop juggling movers, agents, and city-by-city vendors. One master agreement covers office space, office relocation, and employee mobility across ten European cities.
Two products, one team.
Lease advisory, site search, fit-out coordination, and the physical move. We coordinate with brokers, landlords, architects, and IT teams so you receive a single project owner instead of a vendor list.
- Lease negotiation support and comparable rent benchmarks
- Fit-out project management and handover
- Physical office move, including IT and asset tracking
- Decommissioning and deposit recovery at the old site
From individual senior hires to multi-year international mobility programs. One handler per employee, a standard 48-hour quote turnaround, and HR-ready documentation that works with your finance, payroll, and immigration teams.
- Visa and work permit support (Blue Card, Opportunity Card, B/L permits)
- Apartment search and tenancy negotiation
- Registration (Anmeldung, Personnummer, Swiss residence) support
- Tax-deductible invoicing under local rules
Who we work with.
Max Planck, Fraunhofer, Helmholtz, EMBL, ETH, Karolinska, KTH — dedicated welcome-service arrangements for international staff and visiting researchers.
Series-B through enterprise. Scale programs when you hire across borders, consolidate vendors when you outgrow a founder-run relocation spreadsheet.
Basel and Frankfurt clusters. Compliance-grade documentation, longer onboarding timelines, cross-border (CH/DE/FR) living support.

For procurement, HR, and mobility teams
- Are you procurement-ready?
- Yes. We invoice through Smoover UG, a German entity with full VAT ID, ISO 9001:2015 certification (Cert. 260210 14 QM, valid through 10 February 2028), DPA templates, and references on request. Corporate contracts and frame agreements are standard.
- Can you handle Europe-wide mobility with a single contract?
- Yes. One master agreement covers our ten-city footprint plus pan-European coverage through Smoover. You get a single point of contact across Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, and Sweden — no country-by-country procurement.
- How is pricing structured?
- Per-move pricing for employee relocation (quoted within 48 hours of scoping). Per-project pricing for office relocation and space consulting (scoped against a brief). No hidden fees — line-item transparency on every invoice.
- Do you handle tax-deductible relocation benefits?
- Yes. We provide HR-ready documentation that meets German §3 Nr. 16 EStG, Swiss canton-specific rules, Portuguese NHR 2.0 handling, and Swedish Expertskatt (25% expert tax relief) requirements.
- Can we start with a pilot?
- Most companies do. A first move booked within four weeks of a 30-minute discovery call is the standard path. We sign frame agreements after the pilot, not before.
